Beach season is just around the corner and with that comes the pressure to get into great shape! With barbeques and day drinking it can be difficult to get into shape but these nutritional tips can help you though it!
1.) Drink lots of water!!! This point cannot be stressed enough because water has so many wonderful benefits. Drinking at least 6-8 glasses of water a day is really important and if you’re out in the sun its even more crucial. Drink water before every meal and throughout the day as it will help curve your appetite.
2.) Eat foods that contain lots of water. Celery, tomatoes, etc. are all great options!

4.) Keep the sodium in check. Excess sodium is a huge factor in bloating and no one like being bloated. Sodium makes you retain water and therefore adds the extra water weight. If you slip up at a bbq and feel the bloat coming on, have no fear! The answer is drink more water! Yup, another great reason to drink lots of water.
